Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has officially launched a nationwide program to upgrade football stadiums and sports facilities. The move aims to improve playing conditions for local leagues, school competitions, and international matches. 
According to TFF officials, the program includes installing modern floodlights, upgrading training grounds, constructing new changing rooms, and expanding spectator stands. The renovations will cover regional stadiums and key national venues, ensuring that facilities meet international standards for competitions such as CECAFA, COSAFA, and the CAF Confederation Cup.
TFF emphasized that training will also be provided to stadium officials and event managers to ensure safety and smooth operations during matches. Collaboration with local authorities and private stakeholders will ensure that the upgraded facilities are well-maintained for long-term use.
